International Consultants for Organizational Development (ICOD) and ICOD Global is committed to transforming the lives of citizens by improving their social functioning and empowering individuals in society. Through engagement with our stakeholders and by developing key partnerships in our communities, together with our local, regional and international partners, we are contributing to sustainable development in the area of Sports and Life Skills in Trinidad and Tobago.

Sports
ICOD launched it Youth in Sports Initiative (YIS) in March 2019. The YIS programme seeks to support young, upcoming athletes in their quest for excellence by creating opportunities for development. This is achieved through the provision of mental skills training for the young athletes and networking/negotiating on behalf of the athletes to access resources (equipment, training and financial) otherwise not available to the athletes.

Bluefins Aquatics Swim Club Inaugural Swim Meet

ICOD Global partners with Bluefins Aquatic Swim Club in March 2019 to stage it first swim meet at the National Aquatic Center in Couva, Trinidad. Over ten (10) swim clubs from across Trinidad and Tobago participated in this developmental swim meet which was aimed at improving the skills of young swimmers.

Youth in Sports (YIS) Ambassadors
In August 2019 ICOD launched its Youth in Sports (YIS) Ambassadorship programme aimed at assisting young athletes to access the resources required to improve their specific sporting and leadership skills. Apart from being an athlete our YIS Ambassadors must excel academically (if attending school) and exhibit leadership qualities in their schools, workplace, groups and communities.
